- 2 hr Block of zoom sessions - schedule a 30 minute zoom session to complete breath screens, go over goals/contraindication and program your personalized Golf Breathwork Program(When you book a session, you will receive an email to schedule the intro 30 min zoom session within 24 hours).
- Then schedule a 1 hr zoom/in person session to apply and integrate the breathwork into your training.
- The last 30 minutes can be used any way you want-you can do (3) 10 minute, (2) 15 minute or (1) 30 minute zoom session to go over the program and any questions or changes to the program whenever you need to, it never expires.
